Delegates Elizabeth Guzman and Sam Rasoul have launched the opening salvo in the drive to introduce state legislative resolutions in support of the passage of a National Infrastructure Bank bill by the U.S. Congress. In 2020, the many resolutions that were introduced and passed by state legislatures, played a crucial role in enabling HR 6422 to be considered in the US Congress.
